Steep hillside driveways are common in the newer Coquitlam subdivisions, and a vehicle with seized brakes or no drivetrain on a steep slope is a genuine safety problem rather than an inconvenience. Knowing the gradient and whether there is room to turn a deck truck around lets us send the right equipment and plan the winch angle. Arriving unprepared on a steep driveway wastes your day and ours.
