What we do ask about Deep Cove and the Dollarton side specifically is access: some of those properties have narrow, steep approaches where a full-size deck truck cannot easily turn around. Describe the driveway when you book and we will send equipment that fits.
It is a factor we look at, not a disqualifier. Vehicles that spent winters running up to Cypress, Grouse or the Sea-to-Sky typically show more brake and suspension wear and more underbody corrosion from road salt and grit than a car that stayed at sea level. We would rather identify that when we quote than surprise you with it on collection day. Be straightforward about how the car was used and the number you are quoted is the number you get paid.
Yes, and it is very common. An uninsured vehicle cannot legally be driven on the road, which is exactly why we bring a truck rather than asking you to deliver it. Lapsed insurance does not affect your ability to sell — what matters is that you are the registered owner, your ID matches the registration, and the transfer form gets signed. If your insurance is still active, cancel it at an Autoplan broker after the sale and claim any refund you are owed.
